Ségécé Hellas
Ségécé Hellas AE, present in Greece since October 2004, manages 5 Shopping Centers in all the most important cities in Greece: Athens, Thessaloniki, Larissa and Patras. More than 100 lease agreements are under management on October 31st, 2006.
Ségécé Hellas' ambition is to develop its activities towards other investors and partners by creating the most appropriate commercial and legal schemes in shopping centers since Greece still represents a fresh promising market.
